Eddy began working on opportunities in APAC 22 years ago and co-founded FocusCore and its connected group of companies in 2014. With extensive experience across Asia Pacific and Japan, his expertise helps businesses overcome market entry barriers, operate efficiently, and achieve success. To date, Eddy has successfully introduced and set up over 100 corporates and SMEs across Japan, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos, supporting their expansion in these dynamic and rapidly growing markets.

Damion Way

Legal Director

Damion trained and qualified with the prestigious global law firm Allen & Overy, gaining extensive international experience across their London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo offices. With a deep and profound understanding of the Japanese market, he joined FocusCore in 2015 and now serves as Legal Director across all Group businesses, providing strategic legal oversight and ensuring compliance in complex regulatory environments. Damion specializes in drafting and structuring critical corporate legal documentation, including Shareholders’ Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Loan Agreements, as well as managing permit applications.
